Shipping policy

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed in United States dollars (USD).

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Customers receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when an order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is normally 8-18 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak sales periods, address errors, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free for orders of $50 USD or more. For orders below $50 USD, the shipping charge shown during checkout is the final shipping charge. We do not add undisclosed shipping fees after checkout.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please review your delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery issue, email support@klankenteens.shop with your order number so that we can investigate with the carrier.
