Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains exactly how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. The return window begins on the confirmed delivery date.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all included parts and accessories. Proof of purchase is required. For hygiene reasons, used drinkware, used straws, and opened replacement seals or gaskets cannot be returned unless defective.

Starting a return

Email support@klankenteens.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We normally reply within 1-2 business days with instructions and the return address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where relevant. For approved defective or incorrect orders, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

After the returned item is received and inspected, we normally approve or decline the refund within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider. Original outbound shipping charges are refundable only when the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. An order cannot be cancelled after it has been processed or dispatched, but it may be eligible for return after delivery.
